30 Day Return

Return for a refund or an exchange is subject to the terms and conditions below:

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date, excluding Final Sale/Clearance items and items with 30% discount or more.
After initiating return & refund request, items must be shipped to our designated address within 15 day. Returned item must be in original condition. We will not accept items that have been damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the factors mentioned above. In some cases, we might charge up to 80% processing fee at our own discretion.
Defective return shipping will be covered by Oday.
Non-quality related return subject to $10 process fee to cover the product repackaging cost. The Customer is responsible for return shipping for non-quality related return.
Refund to the original payment only.
Returns are for domestic orders in U.S. lower 48 States only

360 Days Extended Return

We offer 360 days extended return policy:

Products can be returned within 360 days of the order date, excluding Final Sale/Clearance items and items with 30% discount or more.
After initiating return & refund request, items must be shipping to our designated facility within 15 days. The Product MUST be in UNOPENED/UNUSED condition.. We will not accept items that have been used. Items MUST have original packaging to be accepted for returns.
We reserves the right to refuse any used items. If the product is used, we might charge up to 80% processing fee at our own discretion.
